Dear member!
The date of our upcoming AGM is approaching (April 21st), and with it comes the opportunity to renew our committee. This is why we want to invite you to become part of the association’s managing team.
In previous years, we have softened the effort involved in joining the committee, but this time we will be straightforward: being part of the CSL committee requires a significant dedication.
In addition to attending meetings and participating in decisions affecting the association’s operations, it involves dedicating between 4 and 6 hours per week to specific activities and projects. It’s a serious commitment, but also an invaluable opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our LGTBIQ+ community.
The fundamental requirements for candidates are time, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to work as a team and to serve our community.
Other requirements, while not essential (but would be valued), include language skills, fluent use of office tools, ability to work in a group, people skills… And if you have experience in associative and project management, then you are the ideal candidate!
