In recent decades, progress has been made towards equal rights, but LGTBI+ people still suffer from violence (pathology, discrimination in the workplace, heterocentric education and a long list of others), which show the lgtbiphobia present in the society.
We still have many steps to take to achieve effective equality of rights. The opening of spaces for public awareness is a great means for the promotion of sexual rights, to prevent lgtbiphobia and for the transmission of reflections that contribute to the creation of a fairer society.
