This totally free visit has been organized by the Sitges Museums and has invited Gay Sitges Link members.

The exhibition 125 years of the Cau Ferrat, the construction of an ideal (1894-2019) travels to the beginning of the space, when Rusiñol acquired some fishing houses in the Puig de Sitges and adapted them as his house-workshop . The exhibition focuses on the role that Cau played at the end of the last century, under the impetus of Rusiñol, as a generator of cultural activity that had a national impact.
The exhibition presents 175 pieces from various collections and collections, such as the National Art Museum of Catalonia, the Art Museum of Sabadell, the Amatller Institute of Hispanic Art, the Library – National Work Foster Archive , the Center Excursionista de Catalunya, the College of Architects of Catalonia, the Photographic Archive of Barcelona or private collections. It also presents pieces from the Maricel Museum and the Santiago Rusiñol Library.
