The 2nd edition of the Endimaris Sitges LGTBIQ+ Film Festival, was born in 2021 as a result of the collaboration between the associations Cineclub Sitges and Colors Sitges Link associations to give visibility to the reality of the LGTBIQ+ collective. It also wants to become a space for open debate through the situations that arise in the projected films.

Sitges is a reference municipality for the LGTBIQ+ collective and It is also a film reference, as it hosts the most important fantasy genre festival in the world, and it has two hundred-year-old movie theaters and also one of the oldest in Spain.

Opening and closing ceremony

The exhibition will start on May 20th and will end on May 28th.

In total, fourteen films and documentaries that deal with different issues that affect the LGTBIQ+ collective. This year, the organization has made an effort to include films with which the entire LGTBIQ+ collective feels represented, it has also opted for films with themes that deal with adolescence and films of other genres such as science fiction and thrillers.

Post-screening or film forum

After each screening, we will propose a Post-screening in which we will have exceptional guests, directors, producers of the films, as well as specialists in the proposed topics.
