Workshop on self-protection measures in situations of aggression.

On the occasion of the International Day against LGTBIQ+phobia, CSL, in collaboration with El Retiro, is organising a free workshop on self-protection measures in situations of aggression. Although this workshop is open to everyone, special emphasis will be placed on situations of LGTBIQphobia.

The seminar will be given by Robert Monzonis, director of security.

We will talk about how to foresee and act in risky situations that may occur in our daily lives.

You will learn how to:

• Understand self-defence
• Prevent dangerous situations
• Know self-protection techniques
• Neutralise an aggression

The workshop will be held in the auditorium of El Retiro. Prior booking is essential.
