Who it is for
Colours users in general, with no knowledge or experience requirements, in particular
experience, in particular:
- People who are interested in mindfulness but can’t/won’t just practice sitting meditation on a cushion
- People who want to feel more at ease in their body and are looking for effective and simple tools for emotional management.
- People who have done some meditation but get bored and give it up.

About the trainer
Cécile Pinot is a professional trainer and Meditation Instructor certified by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, USA). She facilitates Silence and Meditation retreats at ANIMA Escuela de Vida.
She has some 12 years of regular meditation practice and 100+ days of silent and Vipassana meditation retreats. He has done studies in Buddhist approach, as well as MBSR
as well as the MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy) programmes.
Cécile is a humanistic therapist trained in Person-Centred Therapy and Integrative Body Therapy.
