ASCO by Yúnior García Aguilera is the second proposal of the theater workshop organized by Colors Sitges Link since October 2022.

Synopsis:

“ASCO” is a moving play written by Yunior García, exploring the darkest corners of the human condition through a series of characters intertwined by pain, heartbreak, and despair.

The narrative delves into the lives of Nara and Mario, a couple worn out by routine and reproaches, whose relationship is trapped in a cycle of violence and resentment. Through scenes loaded with symbolism and incisive dialogues, “ASCO” unveils the secrets, fears, and deep wounds of each character.

Direction and staging: Prado G. Velázquez.

Assistant director: Yúnior Acosta.

Cast: Silvia Capurro, Víctor Marín, Jordi Mella, Simone Palumbo, Natàlia Domènech, Joan Tort, Yúnior Acosta, Dante Martín, María Nadal, Juan Carlos Uríszar.

Performance in Spanish.

Duration of the play: 75 minutes.

The play will be performed on July 26 and 27 with two different casts.

This theatre workshop participates in the La Caixa Foundation project “No more closets” and in the project “Raising awareness of LGTBIQ+ diversity in Sitges.
